Positions Available
Direct Care Worker
Responsibilities:
- Providing immobile, ill, or frail consumers with assistance, company, and comfort.
- Administering medicine and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Performing personal hygiene care and housekeeping duties.
- Preparing meals and assisting clients with eating and drinking.
- Assists consumers with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.

The items needed include the following:
- Current State ID
- Proof Of Residency ( Copy Of Current Bill)
- Social Security Card
- Up-to-date Physician Form
- Up to date 2 step PPD (TB short)
- Car Insurance Card (if applicable)
- FBI Clearance (if you have lived outside of Pennsylvania within the last 2 years)
- Child Abuse Clearance
- Criminal Background Clearance
- PA Adult Residential Licensing
- High School diploma/GED
- CPR (if applicable)
- COVID Vaccine Card / Exemption Letter
