Leslie's Exceptional Home care provides non-medical aide services, respite care, and supplemental care services for older adults as well as physically challenged adults. Through care and coordination support services, Leslie's Exceptional Home care enables our members to stay in the security and comfort of their homes for as long as possible. Leslie's Exceptional Homecare also serves individuals returning from a hospital, rehab center, nursing home, or assisted living facility.
Dishwashing, making the bed, changing bed linens, sweeping and mopping, vacuuming, dusting, feeding & cleaning up after pets, all aspects of laundry: washing, folding, & putting away clothes, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen.
Assistance with cooking, cooking, cutting up food, pureeing food, ensure diet restriction when applicable, assist with feeding when applicable.
Ambulation, incontinence care, assistance with transfers, showering/bathing, skincare, general hygiene, shaving, range of motion, medication reminders.
Accompaniment to doctor's appointments and running errands, grocery shopping, general shopping, assisting with scheduling appointments, walks, friendship, advocating for general needs, keeping open lines of communication regarding care needs, engaging in inside activities such as board games, card games, conversation.
